There are 2 options for the web feedback form
- A non-modal overlay with shadow
- An outlined form that can be embedded within the content
Positioning
The overlay appears from the bottom and is stretched to the device size in mobile
The stars are a grey colour on web (Native is currently using yellow, this will be added to the app backlog to comply with accessibility) and are filled with a dark yellow when the user selects a rating.
Labeling
The follow up question for 4/5 star rating is using a neutral label.
Success messaging
Once a user has submitted feedback, a success toast message is shown for confirmation.
