Overview

A Legal Callout component should be used when we have to show a generic legal warning which is repeated througout a digital product or journey.

For example

• Inform people that money invested is at risk.
• Display a legal disclaimer when we promote a product or service.

Usage

Legal Callouts should be placed inline with other components but above the content they are trying to highlight.

There should be spacing around the alert to show the context of the message in relation to other content, more details can be found in the layout guidelines.

Variants

You should always use the default grey styling with the 'info' icon. There isn't any option for a button or action as this component should be used to display information.
